The Platform Food & Beverage Pop-Up Rules

We’re excited to have you serving at The Platform Longview!

To keep things running smoothly each weekend, please follow the rules below.

1. Permits & Compliance

•All vendors must follow state, county, and city rules for food and beverage sales.

•Vendors are responsible for having and displaying all required permits and licenses (health permits, food handler’s cards, temporary food permits, etc.).

•Food and drink must be prepared, stored, and served in compliance with all health and safety standards.

2. Power & Equipment

•Electricity is not available.

•If you need power, please bring your own quiet generator or battery system.

•All equipment (grills, fryers, coolers, etc.) must be safe, stable, and self-contained.

•No open flames or propane setups are allowed indoors.

3. Set-Up & Tear-Down

•Set-up begins at 9:00 AM unless otherwise approved. 

•All set ups are outside.

•All vehicles must be unloaded quickly and moved to vendor parking before the event opens.

•Vendors must be ready to serve by event start and stay until the scheduled end time.

•Please clean your space before leaving — remove trash, grease, and debris.

4. Cleanliness & Waste

•Keep your area clean, safe, and organized throughout the day.

•Use gloves, keep hand-washing supplies handy, and maintain food at proper temperatures.

•Do not dump grease, gray water, or food waste in trash cans or parking lot drains.

•A cleanup fee may be charged if your space is left dirty.

5. Booth Space

•Bring all your own supplies — tents, tables, signage, and equipment.

•Tents must be weighted (no stakes).

•Booths must look neat and professional at all times.

=Please display your business name and pricing clearly.

6. Conduct & Courtesy

•Be courteous to guests, vendors, and staff.

•Keep music or noise at a reasonable level.

•Vendors are responsible for their staff and any damages to property.

•Smoking or vaping is not allowed within vendor areas.

7. Weather & Cancellations

•The Platform operates rain or shine on scheduled days.

•No refunds for weather cancellations or no-shows.

•If weather or safety concerns arise, Platform management will give instructions.

8. Management Rights

The Platform reserves the right to:

•Reassign spaces as needed.

•Ask vendors to leave if rules are not followed.

•Decline future participation for non-compliance.
