The Platform's Rotating Kitchen is a Pop-Up Opportunity for cottage and commercial bakers/makers to Pop-Up at The Platform.
Please read the following requirements:
Cottage Bakers must follow all Cottage Food Laws and notifying the Health Department as required by law.
Commercial Bakers must follow all Food Laws and notify and acquire permits as required by law.
Set Up:
Set up will be in our main retail space or on newly renovated Market! You will have a 6foot table space or access to a Baker’s Rack provided by the Platform (after June1st).
Pop-Up will be during our regular business hours from 10am-4pm.
